Payment Options

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express. Additionally, customers can also use Apple Pay, PayPal and Afterpay. With Afterpay, products can be purchased in four installments, interest free, every two weeks.

Shipping

Items will be shipped within 2 to 3 days of order submission via UPS standard shipping.

What is the process for getting a refund?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us at info@gracealexisjewelry.com. A credit will be issued to your original method of payment and you will receive an email confirmation. In order to obtain a refund, returned products must be postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date. There will be no exchanges.

What happens if I get a damaged/defective shipment?

Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is your responsibility to check the product promptly upon its arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. If any items are damaged during transit, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance. Please email a picture of the damaged item(s) to info@gracealexisjewelry.com.

Do you offer complimentary shipping for returned items?

We do offer complimentary shipping for returned items.

How long does it take to process returns?

Returns are inspected and processed within 7-14 business days.

How should my returned parcel be packaged?

Returned items must be in their original condition without signs of wear, damage, or alteration. They must include all the original packaging such as jewelry cards, tags and boxes. Unfortunately, returns will not be accepted otherwise and will be returned to sender. No credit will be issued for items that are not in compliance with this aforementioned policy.

We are not responsible for items that are damaged/lost during return shipping. Please keep the tracking number for your package. Shipping for the original item(s) is not refundable.

What happens if my items are lost or stolen?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

What is your policy on items that have been repaired, engraved, or altered?

Products taken elsewhere for repairs, engraving or alterations of any kind.

Do I get a refund for items damaged due to my negligence?

Goods damaged due to buyers' negligence will not be accepted for refund.
